About the role

As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of the company's human resources. This full-time position is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits and entitlements.
  2. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes.
  4. Supporting the development and delivery of employee training and development programmes.
  5. Maintaining and updating the company's HR information system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns.
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices to enhance the overall employee experience.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR assistant or HR administration role, preferably within the Office Management industry.
  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  5. Familiarity with HR information systems and data management.
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  7. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical practices.
