Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  2. Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates.
  3. Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and managing online communities.
Lead Generation and Online Sales Campaigns:
  1. Develop and manage lead generation strategies through digital marketing efforts such as inbound marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  2. Plan and execute online sales channel campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
  3. Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Roadshow Planning and Support:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and support roadshows and other offline marketing events to promote the company's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to set objectives for roadshows and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  3. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional content for roadshows and events.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
  1. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and increase engagement.
Content Creation and Management:
  1. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
  2. Manage the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans.
  3. Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand voice and aligned with marketing objectives.
Brand Collaboration:
  1. Search for potential collaboration and liaise with the collaboration brand.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer outreach.
  2. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, sharing best practices in digital marketing and event planning.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in any business-related field, preferably marketing.
  2. 2 to 4 years of working experience in sales/marketing jobs.
  3. Willing to work at Bukit Jalil, Selangor.
  4. Possess own transportation.
  5. Required languages: English & Malay. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  6. Know how to run ads efficiently on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Redbook.
