Key Responsibilities:
- Client Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase platform user growth, from lead acquisition to conversion into funded clients.
- Enhance app features and user experience to drive engagement and ensure seamless onboarding for new investors.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve the app's UI/UX and digital onboarding experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and optimize lead-generation campaigns via SEO, social media, paid ads, and referral programs.
- Digital Broking & Platform Expansion
- Analyze client behaviour and develop strategies to increase trade activity and long-term client retention.
- Introduce innovative digital broking solutions to enhance the trading experience.
- Work with the product & tech teams to improve the app's features and streamline account activation processes.
- Plan and execute educational initiatives such as virtual investment classes to nurture potential investors.
- Develop compelling engagement content to increase platform usage.
- Utilize A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Lead Conversion & Activation
- Monitor and analyze funnel conversion rates from sign-ups to fully funded and active traders.
- Implement automated CRM strategies (email/SMS push notifications) to nurture leads and reduce drop-offs.
- Optimize onboarding and KYC processes to ensure a fast, smooth client activation experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, digital growth, fintech, or stockbroking.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, and market trends.

- Lead Conversion Rate: % of new registrations converted into funded clients.

- Campaign ROI: Performance of lead generation and retention campaigns.
- Onboarding Efficiency: Reduction in onboarding drop-off rates.
- Platform Feature Adoption: Increased usage of key app features (e.g., margin financing, global trading).

Established in 1963, we started off as a partnership under Malacca Traders as a small broking firm based in Malacca, which eventually grew and evolved as Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd since 1992.
