We are hiring Senior Sales Manager (International Property Market) – Based in Kuala Lumpur | High-Growth Developer | RM10K–15K + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in overseas markets.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
- Sales Implementation: Oversee and manage the sales process to ensure effective execution.
- Event Coordination: Supervise staff participation in weekend duties and sales roadshows.
- Training & Development: Conduct internal training to improve sales team skills and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports in line with company policies.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in overall sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
- Vacant Possession: Help ensure smooth execution of the Vacant Possession process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with clients from regions like Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
- A team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
- Willing to travel outstation as required.
