The Role:

In view of the growing business needs, we are seeking for a high-performing, passionate and enthusiastic HR to join us in Trip.com family. This role offers great exposure of all-round HR functions working with cross-functional teams across borders in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Corporate / Business Unit HR and local management team to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and advisory services that align with the business initiatives, company objectives, and management directives.
  2. Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement spanning across recruitment, payroll administration, performance and rewards, employee relations, learning and culture, as well as HR system operations.
  3. Implement / Execute standard HR policies across business units and provide strategic solutions to HR-related issues, ensuring compliance of HR processes.
  4. Act as HRBP to oversee the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding in the customer service line of business, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
  5. Serve as an advocate of corporate cultures and core values, Employer Value Propositions, and talent initiatives.
  6. Build credibility and rapport with the business stakeholders and employees to enable efficient implementation of the people agenda.
  7. Cultivate and promote employee engagement, good employee relations, and professional HR support to the stakeholders.
  8. Perform any other HR responsibilities or ad-hoc cross-functional assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience with independent HR generalist / HRBP function, including 2-3 years of leading exposure.
  3. Strong business and HR acumen, preferably from the online travel or e-commerce industry. Working background in MNC establishment and call center environment will be an added advantage.
  4. Prior experience working as multifaceted HR in supporting in-house call centers will be preferred.
  5. Good HR competencies and well-versed with Malaysia employment regulations / labour law.
  6. Multi-cultural, stakeholder management skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  7. Good written and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with different levels of people.
  8. Agile, CAN-DO attitude with a growth mindset.
  9. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
