  • Test, identify and troubleshoot problems in the field with cellular networks as well as with data collection equipment, as necessary, in order to meet applicable RF engineering standards set forth as per Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Coordinate with data processing engineer(s) and other members of the project team daily, to ensure data integrity, proper data transfer and management of routes.
  • Assist as needed with troubleshooting equipment over the phone.
  • Follow technical diagrams and guidelines to complete installations accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures while working on-site.
  • Organize and conduct the maintenance work on the equipment, rectifier and cabin as per scheduled.
  • Conduct routine patrol checks on the condition of cables at the site and prepare and file the daily activity report.
  • Plan and organize the work for repair of breakdowns and seek assistance from other teams if the breakdown is serious.
  • Utilize graphic design software, like PSD, AI, and Canva to design a wide variety of design artworks such as POSM, social media visuals, marketing collaterals, etc.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
  • Graphic design knowledge in Illustrator or Photoshop is a MUST; knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro or other video editing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Work on Telecom systems studies such as PAGA coverage study, radio coverage study, VSAT link calculation, fibre optic link budget, etc.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve Engineering comments and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and contractors on systems interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge in Cellular Network, IoT, and next-gen networking solutions (including network waveform and management).
  • Good in handling innovation, development, and deployment of advanced communication technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Telecommunication/ Communication protocols, waveform design, and experience with Software Defined Radio platforms.
  • Technical interface with customers and other contractors.
  • Realization of testing and commissioning works on-site.
  • Network troubleshooting for both wired and wireless systems.
  • Strong experience in partnership and collaboration - establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions to drive innovation and growth.
  • Strong in Customer Engagement and Relationship building.
  • Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for follow-up or escalation.
  • Configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/Cloud PABX, Network Switches, etc.
  • Provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.
  • Attend exhibitions and seminar participation.
  • Explore new markets/industry and expand customer base.
  • Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication.
  • Good knowledge of IMDA Regulations, Guidelines, and Act.
  • Ensure all communication technologies and solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Duration: Permanent Role.
  • Respond to requests for quotations from potential customers.
