In a short period of five years, Convene has expanded its client base exponentially with a global footprint in over 100 countries.Develops region-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate awareness and demand in partnership with business unit and sales channelsCoordinates with global teams to develop, deploy, and optimize regional-focused campaignsDevelops regional-specific collateral to accelerate new customer acquisitionAnalyzes market trends and competitor activities and converts them into tactical marketing & sales programs.Brings regional customer insight to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams to advise development roadmapWorks closely with region/country senior management to align sales & marketing functions to capture business opportunitiesHas contact with customers and plays an important role in generating new customers and maintaining current customers for future salesDevelops ideas and strategies for inbound marketing initiatives to meet regional market goalsReports to the Global Marketing Manager to give updates on initiatives, campaigns, and KPIsQualificationsBachelors degree in any fieldAt least 2 years of regionalB2B marketing experience.Fresh graduates with marketing experience are also welcome to apply.Ability to provide creative ideas to improve inbound and outbound marketing initiativesOutstanding skills in building rapport with clients and bringing in potential marketing and sales leadsDeep understanding of the cultural norms and regional nuances of the target marketExcellent ability to juggle multiple projects that are deadline-oriented, handle interruptions, and to be flexible with changing tasksStrong project management and organizational skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsEffective management of partner expectations and utilization of influence to design and deploy regional marketing strategiesAbility to translate and effectively communicate market insights into actionable plansAbility to identify regional market opportunities across the breadth of our business product portfolioHiring Condition: Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
