Job Responsibility
  • You will be responsible for generating calls and emails to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target
  • Perform outbound sales calls and necessary follow-up via emails/calls to existing and potential customers based on the prospect listing provided by the Company.
  • Ability to handle outbound and inbound transactions via voice and non-voice.
  • To explain product/services to customers in detail and convert potential leads to sales.
  • Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation.
  • To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned.
  • Ensure good and pleasant customer experience throughout the interaction with customers.
Job Requirements
  • SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Well-versed and good communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
  • Aggressive, result-oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of the telecommunication industry, especially in the business and enterprise segment would be ideal.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to meet and achieve targets.
  • Able to work on Malaysia public holidays and observe Singapore operating hours.
Job Benefits
  • Basic salary (RM2,400-RM2,700), Attendance allowance (RM100), Mandarin Language allowance (RM300), Commission, Non-capped commission scheme
  • Annual leave 16 days per annum after confirmation.
  • Annual salary increment & performance bonus.
  • Medical & hospitalization covered.
  • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS covered.
  • Working hour: 10AM - 7PM or 9AM - 6PM (subject to change based on operational requirements).
  • Monday - Friday.
  • Office location within walking distance from LRT station (Ampang Park & KLCC station).
  • Working location: E-7-1, Megan Avenue 1, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
