About The Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming and directing visitors and answering incoming phone calls.
  • Manage daily mail, deliveries, and couriers while ensuring compliance with security protocols (visitor logbook and badges).
  • Oversee and maintain office supplies, including stationery and other materials.
  • Arrange and coordinate business meetings, events, and travel logistics (transport and accommodation).
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of facility management services, including cleaning, security, flower care, and vendor contracts (e.g., coffee machines).
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, and preparing training materials.
  • Support GBS management with personal assistant tasks and assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for administrative process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.
About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in front desk, office administration, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, additional language capabilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & able to work in a team.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, hardworking, trustworthy, matured, and able to always maintain confidentiality.
