Wir suchen einen begeisterten und erfahrenen Director (m/w/d), der unser Wachstum vorantreibt, ein talentiertes Team inspiriert und eine Schlüsselrolle bei komplexen Bauprojekten für renommierte internationale Kunden in der Region spielt.

Als Director (m/w) - Real Estate werden Sie Teil unserer Business Unit Commercial Real Estate. In dieser Funktion sind Sie Mitglied des Senior Management Teams in München und leiten eine eigenständige Business Unit mit ca. 50 Mitarbeitern. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Wachstum, die Rentabilität und die Nachhaltigkeit des Geschäftsbereichs durch Führung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Kundenmanagement und Servicebereitstellung.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen unter anderem:

  • Sicherstellung der Projektausführung und Qualität
  • Überblick über den Status von Projekten, Initiativen und Personal zu behalten und gegebenenfalls auf Probleme oder Konflikte hinzuweisen und erforderliche Maßnahmen zu ergreifen
  • Koordination mit Projektleitern bei Verhandlungen und Ausführung von Projekten
  • Verwaltung der Personalressourcen in Bezug auf die Projektauslastung

Geschäftsführung

  • Operatives Management der Business Unit und der damit verbundenen Aktivitäten im Rahmen des genehmigten Budgets, einschließlich der Übernahme von Verantwortung und der Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern sowie der effizienten Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und -beratungen
  • Interne Abstimmung mit dem Senior Management an verschiedenen Standorten zur Schaffung von Synergien und Verbesserung des Cross-Sellings
  • Sicherstellen, dass das Wissen und die Erfahrungen aus jedem Auftrag effektiv verwaltet und in der internen Datenbank von Turner & Townsend erfasst werden
  • Prioritätspläne entwickeln, die Risikominderung, Leistungsbewertung, Managementkontrollen und kritische Erfolgsfaktoren beinhalten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Leistungsüberwachung mit bestehendem operativem Projekt und Kostenmanagement-Teams
  • Disziplinarische Führung für ca. 7 Mitarbeitende
  • Mitarbeiter-Coaching und Mentoring zur Erreichung beruflicher Qualifikationen und Karriereziele
  • Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Verwaltung des Personalbedarfs, einschließlich Bewerbungsgespräche, Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenverwaltung und Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen

Geschäftsentwicklung

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer und finanzieller Pläne, die auf das Wachstum und die Entwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs ausgerichtet sind
  • Verwaltung neuer und bestehender externer Stakeholder Beziehungen zur Umsatzsteigerung durch Vertragsverlängerungen, Empfehlungen sowie Serviceerweiterungen
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Networking-Events und Werbemöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit auf dem Markt
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für neue Aufträge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsentwicklung und dem Senior Management
  • Verhandlung von Vertragsgebühren, um profitable Ergebnisse für die Business Unit zu gewährleisten
  • Sicherstellung, dass Kundenrechnungen korrekt und zeitnah ausgestellt werden sowie die Nachverfolgung von Forderungen

Qualifikationen:

  • 15+ Jahre einschlägige Fach- und Führungserfahrung in der Überwachung großer Bauprojekte oder -programme
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlicher oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung; optimalerweise postgraduale Zusatzqualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der effektiven und effizienten Verwaltung von Aufträgen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beratung
  • Erfahrung im Auf- und Ausbau starker Beziehungen zu Kunden und funktionsübergreifenden Teammitgliedern
  • Weitreichende Kenntnisse in moderner Teamführung (fachlich und disziplinarisch)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit sowie Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung mit bestehenden und neuen Kunden, einschließlich Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
