Customer Support Specialist (Arabic/Indonesian/Korean Speaker)About the job Customer Support Specialist (Arabic/Indonesian/Korean Speaker)Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Arabic , Korean or Indonesian to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic/Indonesian/Korean and English.Provide support on product features and resolving technical or service issues.Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any pending cases.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreements).Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processesRequirements:Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Arabic or Indonesian and a strong command of English.Experience: At least 1 year of customer service support experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
