Job Description

- Understand the industry trends of the global game market, actively explore new opportunities, collect and sort out local game market information and product information.

- Develop regional publishing resources strategies for publishing mobile games, including but not limited to BD partnership, brand promotion, campus activities, platform cooperation, player (community, online & offline) operation, vendor management, etc. to service the regional objectives and the TA penetration.

- Collaborate with multiple cross-department teams (includes HQ team), formulate general direction strategies, integrate the local resources, support the campaign and launch localized events (including but not limited to event marketing, online/social-media content marketing).

- Deep insights into local culture from a player's perspective, integrated marketing approach, data-driven thinking, good internal & external communication skills.

- Manage the local ops team, responsible for motivating team members, organizing & developing the local resources & capabilities, supporting the regional penetration promotion.

Our Expectations Towards A Qualified Candidate

- More than 5 years of work experience in publishing/operation/marketing activities of Internet products, more than 1 year of management experience, market-related experience is preferred.

- Proficient in operation system/partnerships/campus penetration & campus relationship construction methods, international views & company work experience, clear thinking and smooth expression.

- Strong pioneering ability, strong communication and resource integration ability, able to integrate internal and external platforms and partner resources, and establish and maintain good cooperative relations.

- Results oriented, upbeat, and focused with a strong desire to create 'win-win' partnerships.

- Sensitive to data, understanding user requests, strong insights and fast learning ability.

- Love games, work attitude is serious and responsible, have good learning ability, strong ability to resist pressure, and strong sense of teamwork.

- Proficiency in EN & BM is required. Mandarin as working language is an advantage while multinational study and work experience is highly preferred.
