We are partnering with an MNC that specializes in manufacturing of electric power tools. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Drive the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets through effective team management and planning.
- Identify market opportunities and stimulate end-user demand through customer-centric strategies.
- Develop sales forecasts and set revenue targets for different market segments and regions.
- Evaluate and refine pricing strategies based on market trends, operating costs, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and communication.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the industrial or B2B sector.
- Candidates coming from the power tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidates that are from secondary industries like paints, building materials or machineries will be considered as well.
- Good connections with dealers from hardware shops will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and team performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
