You'll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

  1. ORDER PREPARATION
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and finance for order settlement.
  • Prepare stock balance for respective teams.
  • Ensure orders are being processed and delivered within timeline.
  • To keep track on pending orders to ensure orders are being delivered within the timeline.
  • Works with 3PL to set up intercompany transfers.
PURCHASES
  • Prepare purchase orders and liaise close with suppliers on the ready date of the goods.
  • Liaise closely with forwarders to make sure shipment are delivered within timeline.
  • Monitor forwarders and 3PL warehouse activities on inbound shipment.
  • Determine most cost-effective distribution solutions.
INVENTORY CONTROL
  • To ensure stock accuracy between 3PL WMS & Internal system.
  • To perform stock take on yearly basis to ensure stock accuracy.
REPORTING & MONITORING
  • To prepare stock balance & ageing report
  • To prepare monthly sales reports.
  • To prepare warehouse & logistic report.
AD-HOC
  • Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

The Skills You'll Bring with You

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least years' relevant work experience for consideration.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to communicate with all levels.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of purchasing and inventory management.
  • Possess excellent people management, coordination skills, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
