Responsibilities:
  • Support agents to resolve inquiries, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Close communications with agents to ensure agents get current updates on info/promotions and to promote Genting's products and services.
  • Support agents with other business segments besides FIT and series tour groups (i.e., Incentive/Student Groups/other special interest).
  • Submit recommendations to the immediate superior to support the agent's request for any special rates/waiver of cancellation charges/new development/complimentary stay/annual dinner vouchers.
  • Cross-sell other products to increase revenue (attractions).
  • Assist Tour sales colleagues with follow-up as and when required.
  • Handling certain administrative tasks that are crucial for streamlining sales operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales supervisor/executive or relevant role
  • Min 2-3 years experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese is not necessary, but ability to communicate and interact with team members and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, or online advertising
  • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive slide presentations
  • Min high-school diploma or equivalent
