Business Operations Specialist/Associates
  • Assist the sales team in handling customer feedback and issues, especially those related to transactions, to ensure timely resolution of issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze and categorize the needs of the sales team, conduct preliminary screening of reasonable needs and submit them to the relevant departments for review and implementation.

Demand management and data analysis

  • Collect, organize and summarize sales demand and market feedback, especially data support related to trading activities.
  • Assisting in the statistics and disbursement of marketing incentives to ensure the accuracy of data and processes.
  • Participate in internal data analysis and report production to provide data support for business processes.

Cross-departmental Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between sales and other departments, coordinate and promote the landing and execution of requirements, and ensure the smooth completion of transaction-related matters.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of cross-departmental information transfer to support the company's daily operational needs.

Process Optimization and Support

  • Proactively identify and resolve problems that may exist in the process and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist supervisors in completing business documents, project plans and related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to work shifts to cover various market hours.
  • High proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or any related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiences is required.
  • Attention to details is essential for accuracy in monitoring and analysis.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are important for collaboration and clear information sharing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
