The opportunity:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Design and implement sourcing strategies to efficiently attract top talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes of applicants, screen, conduct initial interviews & follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and detailed tracking reports to stakeholders.
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to foster talent engagement and a sense of belonging.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience; recruiting in a shared services environment will be preferred and open to all industry experience.
- Experience of working on white collar operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience of successfully recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Ability to work independently in a team & ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable.
