Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage payroll processing of a group of companies
  • Review and analyze Compensation and Benefits schemes to ensure the company's competitiveness in attraction and retention
  • Manage the company's benefits schemes and continuously review policies and process improvement
  • Act as subject matter expert in employee compensation and benefits by providing the company with the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, and best practices
  • Provide analytical support by participating in remuneration surveys, data consolidation, and reviews
  • Ensure HR records and data are accurate and updated at all times
  • Provide support in other areas of human resources when required and assist in ad-hoc projects where necessary

Requirements

  • A Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related field of study
  • Minimum 6 years related working experience, preferably in MNC/large conglomerate organization
  • Working experience in payroll functions with good knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a team player
  • Exceptional people skills with excellent communication skills
  • Independent, tactful, and possess a high level of integrity
