iFAST Global Markets ("iGM Malaysia") is the private wealth advisory division of iFAST Corporation Ltd ("iFAST"). Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced private wealth professionals who specialize in managing client's assets, including investments, risk management and asset distribution. Our primary focus is on serving high-net-worth individuals and entities, offering them a consolidated wealth management solution that encompasses a comprehensive range of services, leveraging cutting-edge iFAST DigiTech and delivering secure and holistic wealth management services to help your clients in achieving their financial objectives.

iFAST is a leading digital banking and wealth management fintech platform with assets under administration (AUA) portfolio amounting to S$18.14 billion as of March 31, 2023. Since establishment in 2000, iFAST has maintained its headquarters in Singapore and has been listed on the SGX mainboard since 2014 (SGX:AIY). Our wide-reaching presence across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, and the United Kingdom (iFAST Global Bank).

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate who possesses the following qualities:

  • Capable of providing personalized financial consulting and advisory services to clients, assisting them in meeting their financial goals and achieving wealth growth.
  • Ability to recommend and assist client in expanding their portfolios with a diverse range of wealth management products, including Funds, Bonds, Discretionary Portfolios Services, Stocks, ETFs, FX, Insurance, Wills, Trusts and others.
  • Skilled in expanding the client base through effective networking, proactive business development activities, and building trust-based relationships.
  • Committed to staying up-to-date with investment market trends and dedicated to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrates patience, attentiveness and excellent problem-solving skills in handling client issues, addressing complaints, answering product inquiries, and providing timely support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to prioritizing clients' interests while striving for success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Investments, Unit Trusts, Insurance, or Financial Planning.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and resourceful
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in investment and insurance products.
  • Customer-centric mindset and proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Possession of professional certifications such as CFP, RFP, ChFP, IPPC, Module 6, 7, 12, 19A or CMSRL in Financial Planning would be advantageous.
  • Preferably candidates with experience as Private Bankers, Client Advisors, Relationship Managers, Personal Financial Consultants (PFC), or Unit Trust Consultants (UTC).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
