allnex is looking for an experienced individual to join our HR team as a Digital HRIS Transformation Analyst. In this role, you will get to describe the proposals considering the most recent evolutions in the domain of HRIS, aligned with the business requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead the strategic transformation of our HRIS, aligning with the organization's goals and industry best practices.
- Design and implement scalable and flexible HRIS architecture to support evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of HRIS systems.
- Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning applications within HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, predictive analytics, and process automation.
- Ensure ethical use of AI, maintaining data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct continuous research and analysis of emerging technologies and trends in HRIS.
- Proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep the HRIS architecture ahead of the curve.
- Develop a roadmap for HRIS upgrades and enhancements, ensuring long-term sustainability and adaptability.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on new technologies and system updates.
- Proven experience in HRIS management, with a focus on system transformation and architecture.
- Proven experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies within HR systems.
- Strong background in project management, with a track record of successful HRIS implementations and upgrades.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
