The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and increasing customer engagement, promoting wellness and our quality products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics to craft effective marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and build long-term brand loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
  2. Plan and manage campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for performance.
  3. Track and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize results.

Brand Management:

  1. Maintain a consistent brand identity and ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
  2. Increase brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.
  3. Manage brand reputation through proactive communication and customer engagement.
  4. Oversee SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing efforts.
  5. Develop engaging content for digital platforms to boost online visibility.
  6. Manage social media campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  7. Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Establish KPIs for the marketing team, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, budget usage, and strategic recommendations.
  9. Conduct market research to track trends and competitor activities.
  10. Gather consumer insights to understand preferences and behaviors.
  11. Use data to shape marketing strategies and improve offerings.

Event Planning & Promotions:

  1. Plan and execute events and product launches.
  2. Manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
  3. Evaluate event success and apply learnings to future initiatives.
  4. Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  6. Build relationships with external partners and influencers for joint campaigns.
  7. Communicate marketing progress to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  2. 5 years or above of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness and food industry.
  3. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital marketing techniques and passion for food and beverage industry trends.
  4. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  5. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
  6. Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong budget management skills, with experience in optimizing marketing spend and improving campaign ROI.
  10. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
