Procurement Buyer

How you will do it:

• Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations to identify suitable sources for required materials and services.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for the organization.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies that effectively minimize costs while satisfying operational needs.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Lead initiatives to track and analyze spending for continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
  
  Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and spending management tools.
