**Required Qualifications**
- Doctorate (PhD) in Communication or a related field, with expertise in healthcare communication or a related area.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, specializing in Communication or related disciplines.
- Industry experience in Communication is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent IT skills to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Demonstrated reliability, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver innovative, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and quality assurance of the program curriculum.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish scholarly work, and pursue grant opportunities.
- Collaborate with institutions, industry, government bodies, and community organizations on research and educational projects.
- Cross-teach in other programs as required.
- Undertake administrative/leadership responsibilities, including module/program management, participation in departmental meetings, and involvement in committees and working groups.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
