_**Hybrid Working Environment (3 days onsite; 2 days WFH)**_
- Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm **_

**Job Duties**:

- Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyze, document and manage the requirements to recommend solutions.
- Work closely with end-user group and the technical developers to ensure delivery of fully acceptable and quality system.
- Prepare documents as part of project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents.
- Prepare test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as to document all the events occurred during test execution including test result, issues encountered and its resolution.
- Ensure the deliverables meet functional requirements with zero defect and ready for User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Conduct and support the User Acceptance Test.
- Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline.
- Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
- Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training to stakeholders of various levels.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree holder, Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of related working experience
- Business knowledge of insurance business is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of insurance systems is an advantage.
- Ability to facilitate discussions between users (functional) and technical teams.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to analyse complex issues and propose appropriate solutions.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
