**Job Description:

- Prepare warranty claims as per policy for new vehicles.
- Summarize and submit claims for approval.
- To monitor and maintain rejection rate.
- Achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
- Assist service manager in updating warranty claims matters.
- Undertake to tackle complex or difficult warranty claims.

**Requirements:

- **
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support in Automotive industry.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
