**1) ** **Summary of Principal Job Responsibility**:

- To ensure Hatten’s rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.
- To assist the Building Executive on administrative duties & etc.
- To be conversant in:

- Writing good and effective correspondence.
- General market intelligence of the property sector.
- Formulating and implementing with guidance and assistance from your superiors the following.
- Building management systems, CSS etc.
- Insurance management.
- Building and service audit.
- Reporting on ad-hoc, monthly & annual basis.
- Management of site staff & contractors.
- Collect fees and control operational costs when appropriate.
- Uphold a good personal image and conduct.
- Carry out any duties as directed by Building Executive/Manager.
- Abide and be guided by the code of ethics, guidelines and rules and regulations.

**2)** **Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Executive is responsible for many administrative tasks to ensure communication and work is efficient. Their job involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors and distributing mail etc.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent in property management & CSS system.
- Fresh entry level or equivalent in property management & CSS system.
- English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic office equipment computer knowledge.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
