**Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Maintains staff by selecting, orienting and training employees and developing personal growth opportunites.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, conseling, and dsciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Implements and enforces system, polices and procedures
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishong related results as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Familiarity in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent
- Willing to work at Balakong.
- Willing to travel & work at site
- ID & site supervisor must have car driving license
- **Working Hour 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday; Saturday 8.30 -1.00
