**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible in implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality products.
- Inspection for material delivers from factory, installation process quality as per drawing, finish installed product as per drawing.
- Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
- To ensure the construction teams are meeting the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work as per QA/QC Plan.
- To review and write up Method of statements & construction methodology and keep track material approvals status.
- Supports and participates in all the internal/external quality audits on site, attend quality management meetings.
- Coordinate Non-conformance Report (NCR) issued by clients and monitor sub-contractor for rectification work and carry out inspection to close NCR within twenty any specified duration requested by clients.
- Assist Site Manager to prepare and carry out Request For Work Inspection (RFWI) with Main contractor and Consultant, and follow up on the status
- To perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience /exposure to construction related jobs
- Able to write / communicate in English
- Post own transport and able to work independently.
- Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
