**Responsibilities**:
2. Managing and collecting debts.

3. Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.

4. Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.

5. Engage with customers to establish payment plans, negotiate payment terms and resolve billing inquiries or disputes.

6. Responding to client inquiries. Liaise with customers, inter departmentally and cross functionally to resolve customer account queries/disputes.

7. Preparing statements and reports (Statement of Account)

8. Ensure healthy DSO level. Proactively highlight and/or escalate aged open items to reduce DSO.

9. Prepare weekly and month end reporting timely and accurately.

10. Monitoring credit exposure and minimizing bad debt risks at the organization.

11. Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and improve collection efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ Finance

2. Strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Ability to deal with problematic clients

4. Sound decision making

5. Good attention to detail

6. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
