Role and Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the credit control process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment agreements, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and update customer information.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to the credit control team and management regarding outstanding debts and collection efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of credit control strategies to optimize payment collection and reduce credit risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A degree or certification in finance or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interactions with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and other relevant tools.
- Prior experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
