Facilitate communication and coordination among insurance agents.
- Handle policy documentation and maintain organized records.
- To manage insurance paper works such as renewal and quotations, issue cover note, road tax and etc.
- To prepare client data and record, consolidate and filing.
- To prepare invoicing and recording payments of clients.
- Keep updated of client and agent summary listing.
- Provide general administrative assistance to agency, including handling correspondence managing schedules and maintaining office supplies.
- To complete all related task required by management.

Preferred skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have basic social media skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Klang (required)

Ability to Relocate:
