**Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Agency Manager and agency staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with policy-related matters.
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.

**Agency Operations**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.

**Policy Administration**:

- Assist in the processing and underwriting of insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve policy-related issues and inquiries.

**Training and Development**:

- Support the Chief Agency Manager in training new hires and providing ongoing support and guidance to agency staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and procedures to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
