Position : Admin Coordinator
Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 3,000
Location : Taman Perindustrian Meru, Klang
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Liaise with customer on the status of each order and delivery
- Review AWSB’s capability n meeting customer’s order requirement.
- Feedback to customer in the event that AWSB has capability problem in meeting customer’s requirements.
- Preparation of Sales Quotation, Proforma invoice and sales invoices.
- To obtain information related to customer perception.
- To summarize and analyze customer survey to determine improvement needs.
- To reply to customers complaints.
- Work closely with operations and customer service groups.
- Develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain sales and activity reports.
- Monitor customer debtors and follow up payment.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the similar capacity
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Able to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
