HR and Admin Executive

Assist the Admin & HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR matters and daily office administration.
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letter.
- Attend to matters related to employee relations, discipline and grievances.
- Perform timely and accurate payroll processing
- Prepare statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in accordance with the statutory requirements
- Ensure timely year end reporting and preparation of staffs EA.
- Maintain up to date data in personal files and ensure an appropriate filing system for easy retrieval
- Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures.
- Provide others administrative support as necessary/ instructed by immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR Admin experience
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and multi-tasking
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive & proactive attitude towards work
- Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
