**Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Find and recruit new affiliate
- Coordinate onboarding to brief affiliates on our product, commission structure

**2. Relationship Management**:

- Regular communicate with affiliates to build and maintain strong relationships by providing support and guidance
- Monitor affiliate performance and analyse data
- Manage and resolve affiliate queries

**3. Product Listing & Sample Distribution**
- Distribute new product listing to affiliates
- Distribute and arrange deliver product sample to affiliates

**4. Training Management**
- Prepare product descriptions
- Organize training and guidance to affiliates to help them optimize their marketing efforts

**5. Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor affiliate activities, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools
- Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and improve performance

**6. Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure affiliates adhere to program policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to fraudulent or non-compliant activities of affiliates

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication or any related field
- Good command of English and Malay language in both written & verbal
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
