**Admin Coordinator**

**-Job Description-**

1. Access in SQL system to prepare quotation, sales order notes, delivery order, proforma invoice and invoices

2. Checking stock availability with store during incoming order

3. Coordinates with logistics and warehouse, monitoring on delivery status

4. Supports and assists sales department in order inquiries

5. Handling daily task with updating delivery schedule and balance order to sales and warehouse

6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed

7. Filing and courier documents

**■MUST TO HAVE**:
・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy

・Good communication skills

・Able to work independently and multitasking as team

・Willing to learn

・Fresh graduates can apply
