Skills **:Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator, Mandarin speaker (Liaise with China Clients), Handle delivery order and etc**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences.
- Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue Sales Order upon receipt of order from the customer.
- Checks and verifies Sales Orders after orders have been updated into Navision
- Processes the Delivery Order and Invoice upon approval of Sales Order
- Support Sales Department on delivery/ Liaises with customers/internal parties on inquiries, purchases, goods transfer, complaints, etc.
- Prepares reports required by the Sales Department
- Issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
- Prepares other Sales Department documents such as quotation, credit note, collection advise, forms, etc.
- Prepare purchase report and others
- Files and maintains records/documents

- Immediate position
- Mandarin needed for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
