Sales Processor Liaison

The OpportunityWe're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Processor & Admin. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration and sales processes. The successful candidate will bridge our sales and project delivery teams, guaranteeing delivery schedules are met and communication channels, both internally and externally, are effective.
Your Responsibilities- Implement and maintain organizational systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage schedules and enhance operational workflow to support our ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Closely coordinate with Sales, Bid, and Project Managers to follow up on technical and commercial aspects of orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as a secondary for other CSA within the region during their absence to maintain workload balance and process continuity.
- Oversee internal logistics and shipping processes, including handling purchase orders, deliveries, and goods acceptance, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of CSA, Marketing & Admin for the Asia Region on order processing status, accounts receivable, and administrative issues.
- Arrange logistic arrangements, including issuance of purchase orders, liaison with vendors on deliveries, and coordination on packing and shipping, including import and export requirements.
We value strong collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel - and experience with SAP or equivalent are essential. Familiarity with order processes and administration operations is also required.
