Generate Do/Invoice/CN/Proforma Invoice
- Prepare customer order
- Monitor and assist the sales order till delivery to customers
- Monitor the daily delivery from time to time to ensure all the sales order is generated
- Maintain Incoming and outgoing stocks
- Stock Monitoring (Physical Stock
- Stock Take for Physical, Demo and Sample stock every 1 month once
- Outgoing stock packing
- Follow up with courier/truck company (GDEX &CTSI)
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- To coordinate sales activities for effective and smooth operations
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing of stock, as well as stock level.
- Responsible for sales related admin task.
- Supporting in scheduling and arranging of appointments whenever necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
