Merchant Success Executive

Moby is a fast-growing fintech start-up searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenges of a growing business. We’re specifically looking for a Merchant Success Specialist who will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the team, the specialist will help craft our merchant-success strategies, building strong relationships with merchants and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver consistently excellent client experiences.
- Develop trust and maintain a close relationship with Moby’s Merchants.
- Construct high-level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth.
- To ensure Merchants transact and increase in GMV upon their successful onboarding.
- Educate Brands/Merchants on methods to increase their traction in Moby Group.
- To manage and create campaigns and getting merchants to participate to grow merchant's GMV.
- Negotiate deals with sellers and curate SKUs (Stock-Keeping Unit) for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.
- Analyse Merchants progress, activities, sales performances, and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue.
- Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Brands/Merchants in the category.
- Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, business) to optimise the visibility, credibility, and sales of Moby.

- To manage brands and the expectations based on the initial proposal and to keep business and marketing updated on any progress or changes.
- To ensure Merchant activation; coordinate and ensure the seamless technical integration between Moby Group systems and merchants’ systems.
- To perform any other tasks or assignment as may be requested by management from time to time.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
