**Responsibility**:

- To handle data entry of GL, AP & AR, correctly recorded & prepared on a timely basis.
- To forecast collections, track payments, and bank deposits.
- To prepare invoices, cheques/payment instructions/vouchers and keep records up-to-date.
- To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office and warehouse.
- To keep accurate records of all daily transactions, and proper filing of all documents.
- To assist with financial year-end audit closing of accounts.
- To perform additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min. possess Diploma/Degree/STPM in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent.
- ACCA/LCCI (partially) is acceptable.
- Have 1- to 3-year relevant working experience (auditing firm preferred).
- Computer literate with above-average knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Advance Excel skills preferred.
- Skilled in Accounting software QNE, AutoCount, SQL, and Sales App.
- Possess analytical thinking and organizing skills with a commitment to work.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated, diligent & meticulous at work.
- Mathematic and statistics major preferred, A’s in Math is a bonus
- Fluent mandarin speaking and reading skills preferred
- Experienced in Tyre trading business is preferred

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
