**The Role Responsibilities**

**Job Role**

The role is key to the success of the Hive and critical in ensuring a well governed, proactively well organised and managed Hive. The responsibilities are required to be delivered under tight deadlines, across multiple geographic locations.

The role will work closely with POs and ensure the team is align to the direction from Digital Office the on financial management, backlog management, overall project governance and various management reporting.

**Strategy**

Ensure hive delivery is align to the 5 Digital Strategy pillars
- Improve Customer Experience
- Drive efficiency through E2E digitalisation
- Execute Digital Sales and Marketing Channel capabilities
- Drive Tech Convergence
- Establish Digital first culture

**Business**
- Facilitate the BRP forum and ensure the product backlog for the next 90 days is clearly produced in consumable format.
- Work with the Hive lead to produce the QPR materials for reporting.
- Ensuring Project Tools i.e. Clarity is up to date including Project static data, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported in respective forums (RF / QPR).

**Processes**
- Expert knowledge in financial management to ensure project financials are up to date and correctly captured in a timely manner. Validate the forecast from an independent lens and ensure that it is align to the approved budget.
- Tracked the Forecast accuracy against actual and highlight any ambiguity / discrepancies. Work with PO on smoothing out any financial challenges and actively look out for efficiencies. Improve financial management by analysing trends, forecasting future expenses, predicting possible impact to the forecasts and recommending actions to the management.
- Ensure that vendor onboarding is following the Engagement process and approved by SCM team.
- Ensure timely and proper issuance of purchase orders and processing of invoices (adhere to the No PO No Pay policy).

**People and Talent**
- Collaborate with other PMO within Digital Office for best practise and knowledge sharing.

**Risk Management**
- Ensure that risk and issues is being tracked, discuss, and escalate to the right forum (RF / QPR).
- Ensure no breach on the PO Attestation and initiative rated as for CPBB Investment Governance Process Control Test Population.

**Governance**
- Ensure Hive delivery is aligned to the Change Delivery Standard.
- Ensure Clarity is updated with the customer go live as per 90 days backlog plan, GRAM and CRA is in place with RFO and ORO approval and PO attestation is completed prior to the go live.
- Monitor process implementation effectiveness, identify key areas for improvement / issues and enhance process / controls embedding for the effective management of risk including reviewing CSTs, etc.
