As a Sales Executive at Taed Global Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling NiNo, our innovative texture coating material designed for interior walls and ceilings. You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, interior designers, and home owners. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate product benefits, and close deals will be essential in contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and target potential corporate clients, interior designers, and home owners who would benefit from using NiNo texture coating.
- Present and demonstrate NiNo's unique features and benefits to prospective customers, tailoring your pitch to their specific needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the texture coating industry, including market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address customer requirements and showcase the value of NiNo.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in line with company guidelines and customer expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address any post-sales inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the construction materials, interior design, or coatings industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex product information.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and construction processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Prior experience in selling construction materials or interior design products is advantageous.
