To clear and distribute outgoing mail and document to respective personnel in charge from Managing Director
- To clear all document from Project Manager
- To clear incoming mail and document every morning and afternoon from reception and Circulate to Managing Director
- Preparation Operation Manual and request as built drawing from drafting department
- Sample board - title, list & photo
- Filling of document - Project document
- Document to distribute to senior purchaser, procurement officer & senior account clerk - Delivery, requisition form, coring form immediately after Managing Director approval
- To rearrange project file cabinet (take out the job finished project, pack & keep it at file room/rack)
- Urgent document record & follow up
- To undertake other jobs as instructed by management and superior
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
