Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting data entries for clients’ full set accounts assigned by management.
- Liaising with clients, client's suppliers, clients' third party service providers, auditors and tax agents.
- Perform reconciliation e.g. bank reconciliation, debtors or creditors reconciliation etc.
- Filing of documents.
- Responsible for recording and filing the documentation in timely and accurate manner.
- Working with spreadsheets, ledger and journals.
- To handle corporate, partnership and individual tax related matters ie. annual tax returns, tax estimation, tax refund cases etc.
- Monitor and liaise with Inland Revenue Board and clients on tax related issues.
- Assist in tax planning.
- Issue Invoice and prepare letter to relevant parties.
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
- Any other tasks as may reasonably be required by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Teamwork with ability to meet deadlines.
- Working Location in Georgetown, Penang.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
