Job Description:
- Updating Sales Activity Report in KPI Format
- Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to assist with decision-making.
- Understand the Purchasing Procedure and Preparing the Purchase Requisition
- To learns and understand on ISO procedures
- Preparing and processing sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Facilitating communication within the sales team and ensuring information flow.
- Communicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
Requirement
- Education Background: Diploma/Degree in any
- Years of experience: 1 year of work experience in Admin Executive(any industry/Fresh graduate
- Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Spoken and written command of English is a must
**Additional Information**:

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
