Minimum qualification:

- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Admin.

Job Descriptions:
1) Account data entry.
2) To reconcile statements for monthly closing.
3) To assist prepare for AR, AP and GST payments.
4) Ensure that sufficient documents payments.
5) To assist on credit control:

- Keep track and updates monthly receivables aging report.
- Send monthly statement to customers.
- Interact with customers to solve outstanding issues and etc.
- Filing of account and finance documents.

6) Office administrative functions:

- Updating & maintaining office property & assets.
- Check on office supplies such as groceries & stationery inventory and order as and when required.
- Attend contractors.
- Coordinate company meetings/ events.
- To assist on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

What Will Intern learn:

- Basic Accounts and Administration knowledge.
