Capable of working under pressure Job Roles and Responsibilities -Plan and design training program for all levels of employees according to business requirements. -Analyze and develop training program for develop employee potential and work effectively and in line with the overall company’s strategy and current trends. -Monitor the team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with manager of each team. -Manage and record both internal and external training data of employees within department. -Follow up on new technology and relevant knowledge to be applied to management effectively. -Ensure the team is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future. -Create and manage the training budget and submit to management. -Other duties as assigned.
