Training Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with department managers to identify training & development need, compile and prepare Training Need Analysis
- Develop Yearly Training Plan, coordinate and implement training plan with internal / external trainer
- Collect, update, and maintain proper filing of training record, evaluation, certificates and related documents
- Update employee training record and training hours timely
- Plan, coordinate and organize orientation program, employee engagement activities and company festival celebration event
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in training and development field
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skill
- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the HRDF claim procedure and other relevant legal requirements
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
