Training Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development of Annual Training Plan, coordinate and implement training plan with internal / external trainer
- Ensure training room, facilities, or transportation and accommodation required are in place
- Collect, update, and maintain proper filing of training record, evaluation, certificates and related documents
- Update employee training record and training hours timely
- Assist in planning, coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and company festival celebration event
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, training and development field
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skill
- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the HRDF claim procedure and other relevant legal requirements
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
